Manchester United striker Anthony Martial suffered a foot injury during France's 2-0 defeat to England at Wembley.
The 19-year-old was substituted in the 67th minute and was seen leaving the stadium on crutches with a bandage around his foot.France head coach Didier Deschamps said: "He is in a lot of pain but it is just a knock on the top of his foot."
United travel to Watford for the lunchtime kick-off on Saturday and and are already dealing with a number of injury concerns.
England internationals Michael Carrick and Chris Smalling both missed the win over France - the second friendly within five days after a 2-0 defeat to Spain on Friday.
United are also currently without striker James Wilson and midfielder Marouane Fellaini, while Luke Shaw and Antonio Valencia are long-term absentees.
